For a client providing emergency-call and call center solutions smart outcome has managed a project to migrate the existing in-house alarm-center software to a cloud solution. In the process the old system has been migrated to the target environment along with end customer data and emergency devices.

During this project we were responsible for the internal project management on the client-side, along with the coordination of the work perfromed by the cloud solution provider.
Necessary customization on the new system were analyzed and implemented with the provider. Finally the internal team tested all changes. All legacy data was then migrated into the cloud solution.
