A smart outcome customer in the natural-resource trading-industry entrusted smart outcome with the management of selection and implementation of a standard trading solution. Three legacy systems were replaced and migrated into the new, central system.

In this project smart outcome assumed management of team made up of multiple industry specialists.
The existing systems and processes were analyzed to ensure they could be implemented in the new system. Some parts were newly designed and implemented by the software vendor's development team. After implementation of all functionality, all existing data was migrated from the old systems to the new one.
