In collaboration with the business specialists we managed the project, conducted business analysis and developed the resulting software.
We documented the existing manual processes and subsequently redesigned them in regard to a future automation. After customer sign off on the new processes, smart outcome implemented automatic interfaces for customer, accounts receivables, and accounts payables data.
