Assumption of development project mid-project

During an ongoing effort to develop a Microsoft .NET-based natural-resource trading-system the current IT provider's software team had to be replaced mid-project with smart outcome GmbH resources.

We first recorded missing and incomplete requirements, estimated project time and effort, and planned the implementation in sprints/releases using agile methods.

Subsequently, we set up bug tracking for the existing funcationality and implemented the missing requirements.
