In order to reduce licensing and operating cost, a customer in the horticulture/landcaping industry wanted to migrate the existing collaboration tools (Outlook, Email, calendar, etc.) from Microsoft Exchange to the cloud-based Office 365 platform.
smart outcome's contribution
smart outcome GmbH planned and implemented the migration on-site and from our offices in close collaboration with the customer.
All users were created, assigned permissions, and licensed ahead of the actual migration to Office 365. Mail boxes and content were then moved to the new platform outside of working hours without any impact on the users.
After the migration, all users were able to resume their work as usual.
